GDPR
Revised October 25, 2026
Data Controller
The data falls under the responsibility of this site's publisher, an individual acting in a non-professional capacity. Their identity has been given to the host named in the legal notice (Article 6-III-2 of the French law for confidence in the digital economy).
Data We Collect
This site is made of static pages. It has no forms, no account creation and no advertising trackers. Traffic is counted only in aggregate, without cookies (details under "Audience Measurement" below). Browsing the site gives the publisher no data that could identify you.
Audience Measurement
To learn how much the site is visited (page views, visits, most-viewed pages, the sites visitors come from), the publisher uses its own audience counter, hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers service and D1 database). When a page loads, a short script sends the site itself just two pieces of information, which it passes on to this counter: the address of the page viewed (without its parameters) and the name of the site you came from, if any. A page that's reloaded, or reopened with the "back" button, sends nothing.
This counter sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser's storage and assigns no identifier. It can't recognize a visitor from one page or visit to the next. It records neither your IP address nor your browser's characteristics. It keeps only aggregated counters: a number of views per site, per day, per page and per referring site. Known bots are counted separately, under their family name only, never with visitors. These counters are kept for 25 months at most, then deleted.
The script also records clicks to the store this site links to. When a link to it is followed, the script sends the site, which passes it on to the same counter, the address of the page the click came from, the form of the link (link in the text, callout or button) and the name of the site you arrived from on that page, if any. Nothing else is sent. The counter keeps only a number of clicks per day, per page and per form, plus a total of clicks per day and per origin (search engine, assistant, social network, direct access), with no cookie and no identifier, for 25 months at most.
These statistics serve only to measure this site's audience, solely on the publisher's behalf. They aren't cross-referenced with other processing, used for advertising or sold, and they can't be used to follow your browsing elsewhere. For these reasons, audience measurement doesn't require your consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL's recommendations on audience measurement). It rests on the publisher's legitimate interest in knowing how much the site is visited.
You can object at any time, without affecting how the site reads, by turning off JavaScript or by blocking this site's address /ybkerv/twudwpml in your content blocker. That address receives the script's signal.
Host Technical Logs
Cloudflare, Inc., the host, may keep connection logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) for security and to keep the service running properly. This processing depends on the host and its privacy policy, which are beyond the publisher's control.
Article 6-II of the French law for confidence in the digital economy requires certain connection data to be kept for a limited period, so that offenses can be investigated.
Trackers
This site sets no cookies, including for audience measurement. If an advertising or other tracker were ever added, this paragraph would be updated and a consent mechanism installed before any tracker that isn't strictly necessary is set.
Outbound Commercial Links
A few articles lead to merchant sites. These links carry no tracking identifier, and the product images shown here are served by this site itself. Elsewhere, the privacy policy of the site you visit applies.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data that concerns you. Because this site collects no data that identifies you, it holds, in principle, nothing about you. To make a request, contact the host named in the legal notice, which will pass it on to the publisher.
If your rights aren't respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL: <https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes>.
Outside the European Union
Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site, may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the mechanisms the GDPR provides for, notably standard contractual clauses.
The audience-measurement counters are stored in a database located in the European Union. Each signal's passage through Cloudflare, Inc. may take place outside the Union, on the server closest to the visitor. Cloudflare adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in addition to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
